Vintage Ferragamo overcoat.
Ivory with a black Ichimatsu weave, accented by a gold-brown plaid pattern for a touch of brightness.
The fur collar is lamb.
It can be removed with rubber loops.
There are pockets on both sides.
It seems to have thin padding between the outer and lining, making it warm.
The padding appears to be securely attached to the outer fabric.
The size is marked as XS, but the silhouette has no waist shaping, so it should fit a size 9-11 (Japanese size) comfortably.

Although it is considered vintage, it appears to have been used infrequently, and there are no signs of wear such as stains or scuffs on either the outer or lining.
