Early 1900s catholic pin celebrating first communion. Great condition; the metal has developed a patina. I know this is from about 1900 or 1910s because for one, the needle sticks out past the actual pin which was made illegal in 1907 with some manufacturers not adhering completely until 1920. Also I was able to find another one of these except it had a date engraved: 1917. The medal is about the size of a quarter.
